Ch. 13-16
Bud- In chapters13-16 Bud is more emotional(he cries a lot and smiles more) but he is still very mischievous at times. Overall Bud is a good kid.
Miss Thomas- Miss Thomas is very kind and caring toward Bud, and even though she is the only girl in the band she stands her ground toward H. E. C. On the outside she wears a lot of rings and nice outfites. Overall she is a good person.
H. E. C.- H. E. C. is still not kind toward Bud. He didn't even help with Bud's band name,and he still doesn't believe he's Bud's father. I don't think he is very kind.
